1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CyberKudu's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

CyberKudu provides web design, process automation, and infrastructure deployment services. All services are subject to availability and our technical capabilities.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as outlined in your service agreement. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed solutions. CyberKudu retains rights to methodologies and frameworks used.

5. Limitation of Liability

CyberKudu's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
